You were really my favorite gyros shop in the area (I've been a customer for 6 years), but in my opinion your quality and your food are getting worse and worse. You should work on that urgently. Otherwise I will order the last time from you and I think many others feel the same way. Think that your concern should be to keep regular customers and keep new customers. So change what else just leave it and close the snack bar when you don't feel like it anymore.

My experiences. With the penultimate order, some special requests were forgotten on my pizza. When I communicated this by email, the next day the boss contacted me personally and apologized and offered me a kind of "credit". I asked him to add money to the staff in the tip box. That can happen. Are all just people. With the next order we also got a bottle of Coke as a gift. I found the whole behavior unnecessary and therefore all the more appreciative. We haven't had anything to complain about in terms of taste yet. No matter if gyros or pizza. We will definitely order again.

Unfortunately, it's not as good as it used to be Driver unfriendly, pizza rolls mushy, again not the desired salad delivered, gyros fat and limp. Schadr

Very unfriendly staff, food was delivered cold and when we called we were fobbed off with the fact that the driver should see for himself whether the food is cold. No driver came and when I called again my husband had to be called a dog.

The price / performance ratio is not right here from front to back. The fries were too salty and I just think it's bold to have to pay so much on top for a drop of mayo / ketchup. And the gyros was just way too small for the price, afterwards I wasn't satisfied at all. And the ambience could easily be renovated in a contemporary way a change of scenery, would do very well here ...

No eating after 1.5 hours. No information could be given on inquiries. madness

The gyros is really good, but the fries taste anything but good and unfortunately I have noticed that very often.

It's okay, but I think the price is way too high. There is better cheaper and in the same amount in the area.

The gyro plate wasn't a masterpiece in terms of taste, but it was already in the middle of the field in terms of the usual snacks, just a bit expensive. The location itself needs to be renovated very urgently.

The order wasn't there even after 1 1/2 hours. On request, you could not give any information where the food is or whether the order is at all. In addition, the drivers were always unfriendly with previous deliveries. No more orders will be placed here.

Food is ok for the price, but not everything that was ordered and paid for online was delivered! The supplier should think about the career choice. Rudeness that can't be beat. A reason for us not to order there anymore.

Unfortunately, I had very unfriendly contact with a driver of the castle park grill today. I was insulted and threatened with the crate hit in the face. Unfortunately, this is not a good advertisement.

Multiple deliveries and other customers preferred. Waited 20 min on site. Food was delicious.

Unfortunately, I didn't like it. Had gyros complete today. The meat was very dry, the coleslaw tasted like nothing. After all, the fries were good and tasty.

The drivers are always nice and I always tip them. THAT'S A MUST FOR ME! You shouldn't be surprised if they are unfriendly if you don't tip and who come up to the 5th floor. One should not forget that those in the corona crisis are at risk and have to climb a lot of stairs. The food is delicious and recommended

The french fries were totally bad. The burger was pretty good. I do not pay the 2 € again for an unfriendly supplier! No "bon appetit!" No "bye!"

Best Gyros in town!

I went there with my girlfriend after a busy day because she had known the shop for some time and we happened to walk there. I found the team expressed (!!!) likable and nice. There is also a slot machine on site. In the we had a small change that we had left of day (3-4 €). What you know so if you want to get rid of weight and change is unpopular with one. :) When the employees heard that a profit was being paid, one of them came to the back and carried out an age check. After he had made sure that we were quite entitled to gamble despite our young appearance (;-)). When a second profit (180 € in coins) was paid out very loud, TWO employees came around the corner and - in my opinion - HONESTLY for my girlfriend and me. The food was very delicious, the service on site, in my opinion, much more pleasant than in some "big" chains or similar. Was a great Valentine's Day for us. THANK YOU AGAIN !!! ;-) ;-)

Simple grill room with solid dishes. No food stands out, on the other hand, no food is really bad. For a snack bar normal to elevated price structure, food cooked quickly, all ok. Can you go!
